This is my very first Python Programming Project! I had wanted to learn Python since 2018, 7 years ago after being a manual QA tester of FaceID Computer Vision Facial Recognition algorithm.

However, each time I started to learn, I realized I also needed to learn SQL to work with data and database. Then another realization is to learn Machine Learning. So it was difficult to get started when there are so many competing skills to learn without a clear end-goal during learning.

But thanks to this 5-Day Gen AI Intensive Google (Kaggle) Course with white papers, code labs, live stream with Google Experts and a useful Capstone Project at the end, I just dove right in to learn hands-on in the Code labs. It was amazing that not only did I learn to create Gen AI Agents (my learning goal), but I was also able to use Python to directly query a SQLite database.

And most importantly, my fascination to learn how to do real time querying called Grounding that I learned in this course, which gave me the idea for the key part of my Capstone Project to check real time weather conditions!

This course is an outstanding and high quality learning experience! I’m still amazed by how much we have learned and to code Gen AI technologies in so short amount of time. One of the best learning experiences I’ve ever had!!! Bravo to the Google Team who put this thoughtful course together (Anant, Paige and all the Google Expert guest panelists)!
